چکیده
انتخاب پیمانکار مناسب نقش مهمی در موفقیت و یا شکست یک پروژه بازی می نماید. تخصصی شدن فعالیت های بخش های گوناگون صنعت از شاخص ههای بازار کسب وکار کنونی است و برونسپاری بخشی از فعالیت های موردنظر سازمان به عنوان یک پروژه و انتخاب پیمانکار، یکی از دغدغه های مدیران جهت رقابت در بازار کسب وکار هست، چونکه ارزیابی پیمانکاران بر اساس معیارهای تعریف شده و درنهایت انتخاب پیمانکار واجد شرایط سبب حذف پیمانکاران ناکارآمد از فرآیند مناقصه خواهد شد. عدم انتخاب پیمانکار اصلح، درنهایت سبب از بین رفتن منابع سازمان خواهد شد.
در تکمیل هر پروژه رضایت مندی کامل کارفرما امری مهم و حیاتی است، به طوری که بتوان در اجرای پروژه مطابق با برنامه زمان بندی ، با مناسب ترین هزینه و ارائه معتبرترین پروپوزال پیمانکار به حداکثر رضایت مندی در پروژه رسید. هدف از انجام این پژوهش انتخاب بهترین پیمانکار در یکی از پروژه های شرکت های لبنیاتی استان فارس می باشد که پس از برگزاری مناقصه و تکمیل پرسشنامه توسط خبرگان پروژه با استفاده از روش AHP و VIKOR وزن دهی و رتبه بندی پیمانکاران انجام گردید، که پیمانکارC رتبه اول، پیمانکار B رتبه دوم و پیمانکار A رتبه سوم را دریافت کرده اند و در نهایت پیمانکار رتبه ی اول جهت شروع و اجرای فعالیت های اجرایی مورد تایید افراد حاضر در پروژه قرار گرفت.

Choosing the right contractor plays an important role in the success or failure of a project. The specialization of the activities of various sectors of the industry is one of the indicators of the current business market, and the outsourcing of a part of the desired activities of the organization as a project and the selection of a contractor is one of the concerns of managers to compete in the business market, because the evaluation of contractors based on Defined criteria and ultimately the selection of qualified contractors will eliminate inefficient contractors from the bidding process. Failure to choose the right contractor will ultimately cause the loss of the organization's resources.
In the completion of any project, complete satisfaction of the employer is important and vital, so that maximum satisfaction can be achieved in the implementation of the project according to the schedule, with the most suitable cost and presenting the most reliable proposal of the contractor. The purpose of this research is to select the best contractor in one of the projects of the dairy companies in Fars province, after holding a tender and completing the questionnaire, the weighting and ranking of the contractors was done by the project experts using the AHP and VIKOR methods, and the contractor was ranked C. First, contractor B received the second rank and contractor A the third rank, and finally the first rank contractor was approved by the people present in the project to start and implement executive activities.
