چکیده

هدف: شاخص اثربخشی کلی تجهیزات، شاخصی کلیدی و مبنایی برای سنجش میزان اثربخشی تجهیزات و بررسی اثربخشی سیستم نت می‌باشد. بهبود شاخص OEE به‌منظور بهبود و ارتقاء سطح مدیریت تجهیزات سازمانی در مدیریت عملیات تولید بسیار حائز اهمیت است. در این پژوهش مدل تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها به‌منظور ارزیابی شاخص اثربخشی کلی تجهیزات ایجاد گردیده است.
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: پژوهش توصیفی تحلیلی حاضر در خصوص کوره‌ کارخانه سیمان مازندران صورت گرفته است. شاخص‌های اثربخشی کلی تجهیزات شامل سه نهاده و یک ستاده محور مدل مذکور را تشکیل داده‌اند.
یافته‌ها: بهبود شاخص OEE به‌منظور بهبود و ارتقاء سطح مدیریت تجهیزات سازمانی در مدیریت عملیات تولید بسیار حائز اهمیت است. تمرکز بر روی اجزای کلیدی سیستم نگهداری و تعمیرات بهره‌وری فراگیر، اجرای روش SMED، ادغام دو رویکرد تولید ناب و شش سیگما، بهبود قابلیت فرآیند (PC) به‌منظور اثربخشی بهتر، توصیه می‌شود.
اصالت/ارزش افزوده علمی: با توجه به اهمیت دستیابی به اثربخشی تجهیزات، ارزیابی اثربخشی کلی تجهیزات احساس می‌گردد. استفاده از مدل‌های تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها علاوه بر میزان کارایی نسبی، نقاط ضعف سازمان را در شاخص‌های مختلف تعیین نموده و با ارائه میزان مطلوب آن‌ها، خطی مشی سازمان را به‌سوی ارتقای کارایی سوق می‌دهد. بنا بر تحولات سریع دنیای کنونی و اهمیت اثربخشی کلی تجهیزات و تأثیر آشکار اثربخشی کلی تجهیزات بر عملکرد و به‌تبع آن موفقیت سازمان، پژوهشگران بر آن گردیدند تا به ارزیابی اثربخشی کلی تجهیزات با روش تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها بپردازد.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: The overall equipment effectiveness index is a key indicator and basis used for measuring the effectiveness of equipment and examining the effectiveness of the maintenance system. Improvement of the OEE index is of great importance in production operations management, since it can enhance and upgrade the level of organizational equipment management. In this study, data envelopment analysis model has been developed to evaluate the overall equipment effectiveness index.
Methodology: The present descriptive-analytical study has been conducted on the kiln of Mazandaran Cement Factory. The overall equipment effectiveness indices, including three inputs and one output, have formed the axis of the model.
Findings: Improvement of the OEE index is of great importance in production operations management, since it can enhance and upgrade the level of organizational equipment management. In order to achieve better efficiency, it is recommended to focus on the key components of the overall productivity maintenance and productivity system, implement the SMED method, integrate the two approaches of Lean Production and Six Sigma production, and improve the Process Capability (PC).
Originality/Value: Given the importance of achieving equipment effectiveness, there is a need to evaluate the overall equipment effectiveness. Using data envelopment analysis models, in addition to relative efficiency, determines the weaknesses of the organization in various indices, and by providing the optimal amount of them, leads the organization's policy towards improving efficiency. Due to rapid developments in today's world as well as the importance of the overall equipment effectiveness and its obvious impact on the organization's performance and, consequently, its success, the researchers decided to evaluate the overall equipment effectiveness using data envelopment analysis
