Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of HR strategies on human resource productivity with the effect of moderating strategic leadership in Islamic Azad University of Shahrekord.Methodology: The research method was descriptive and correlational in terms of purpose and data collection. The statistical population of this study consisted of 300 employees and managers of Islamic Azad University of Shahrekord. 168 individuals were selected through Cochran formula through simple random sampling. The research tool was the standard strategic leadership questionnaire of Serat et al. [1]. The standard questionnaire of human resources strategies of [2] and [3] standard questionnaire of human resource productivity were validity of questionnaires based on content validity using the viewpoints of experts, formal based on the view of a number of communities. Statistical analysis was performed using factor analysis the validity of the questionnaires was confirmed after the necessary terms. On the other hand, the reliability of the questionnaires was estimated by Cronbach's alpha as 0.90, 0.91 and 0.92, respectively. Data analysis was performed at two levels including descriptive and inferential. Pearson correlation coefficient, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used.Findings: The results showed that HR strategies have an impact factor of 0.72 on personnel productivity and this effect is significant less than 0.05. On the other hand, the amount of adjustment effect of strategic leadership is 0.55 and it is less than 0.05, meaning that this adjustment effect is significant.Originality/Value: In this regard, the present study investigates the effect of human resource strategies on human resource productivity with the effect of adjusting strategic leadership in Islamic Azad University, Shahrekord Branch.

Purpose: Measuring intertemporal efficiency variations (such as window analysis and the Malmquist index) has always been an interesting topic in the field of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). However, these methods overlook carry-over activities across two consecutive periods. Instead, they focus independently on individual time periods while also taking the time variation effect into account. In the real world of commerce, long planning and investment times can be a source of concern. To adapt to the long-time view, dynamic DEA integrates carry-over activities into the model and allows us to measure the special function of the period based on the long-term optimization during the whole period. Accordingly, dynamic analysis is needed when the data are available.Methodology: The present paper proposes the double-frontier dynamic DEA for simultaneously measuring system efficiency and period efficiency for multitemporal systems in which quasi-fixed input or interstitial periods are the source of intertemporal dependence between consecutive periods.Findings: To illustrate this approach, an example is presented from the forests of Taiwan where the forest entity acts as the quasi-fixed input.Originality/Value: In addition to the optimistic efficiency of the decision-making unit, this approach also considers its pessimistic efficiency. Compared with the traditional dynamic DEA, the double-frontier dynamic DEA approach has a higher differential power in identifying better-performing systems.

Purpose: In the tourism industry, it is crucial to attract foreign tourists while keeping costs low. To achieve this, a suitable model with a high rank in attracting tourists at a low cost must be found. This article aims to provide a scientific framework for ranking European practices in the tourism industry. By evaluating and ranking European countries based on data coverage analysis in the tourism industry, the goal is to identify efficient countries in this industry and examine the impact of their entry and exit, which is the same number of incoming tourists in a year.Methodology: Using the DEA method, European countries have been ranked based on their performance in the tourism industry in 2019. This was determined by analyzing their expenses in various sectors and level of tourist attraction. The ranking identifies the countries that are most efficient in the tourism industry.Findings: The countries of Spain, France, Croatia, Denmark, Poland, and Hungary were identified as the most cost-effective tourist destinations in 2019, based on the cross-efficiency method.Originality/Value: It is possible for tourism organizations in Iran to attract tourists with a low cost model based on a study of the European tourism industry.

Purpose: Today, the survival of organizations and maintaining and developing the position of industries in the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and creating sustainable employment depend on the adaptation and coordination of knowledge, skills and expertise of human resources with scientific advances and technological changes. The aim of the present study was to analyze the effect of technological, organizational and environmental factors on the use of artificial intelligence in the recruitment process of employees.Methodology: The research of the present study was based on the purpose of an applied research, and in terms of the method, it was a descriptive-survey study. The statistical sample of the present study consisted of 351 senior and middle managers of companies active in the wood industry. A questionnaire was used to collect research data. After collecting data through questionnaire, data analysis was done using structural equation modeling method in SmartPLS software.Findings: The results of data analysis showed that technological, organizational and environmental factors have a positive and significant effect on the use of artificial intelligence in the process of recruiting employees. The use of artificial intelligence in the process of recruiting employees as a pioneering innovation helps organizations to move towards the realization of their goals by interacting with human resources.Originality/Value: Using artificial intelligence in the process of hiring employees can have many benefits, including saving time, cost, and reducing discrimination in choices.

Purpose: The purpose of this research was to quantitatively and qualitatively analyze the presence of the Iranian sports caravan in the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games.Methodology: This research is descriptive, analytical, and retrospective. In this research, no special tools were used, and the data were collected in the form of a library of research articles and reliable sites. In this research, the performance of 65 athletes sent in 16 sports including volleyball, basketball, fencing, wrestling, karate, weightlifting, athletics, shooting, boxing, taekwondo, badminton, table tennis, archery, cycling, swimming, rowing, has been evaluated and analyzed in the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games.Findings: The performance of Iran's convoy in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics in terms of quantity (number of medals won) ranks third after London 2012 and Rio 2016, along with Helsinki 1952 (without having a gold medal), and in terms of quality, after the 2012 London Olympics, it ranks second. In other words, our country's convoy in the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games has achieved the second qualitative result in the history of Iranian sports in the summer Olympic Games.Originality/Value: At the end, each discipline in the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games was evaluated, and suggestions such as the presence of a bodybuilding coach and psychologist, reforming the procedures of holding camps, rejuvenation and support to create a competitive environment, special attention to women, providing equipment for qualified provinces and etc. were presented to participate in the next period of the games.

Purpose: The main purpose of this study was to identify and prioritize the key competencies of managers in increasing the effectiveness of employee performance management.Methodology: The current research was applied in terms of purpose and according to the method of conducting the study and collecting data, it was among descriptive and analytical researches. The statistical sample of this research was formed by experts and managers with experience in employee performance management. Which were selected by a non-random snowball method to form the Delphi panel. Interviews and questionnaires were used to collect information. By studying previous researches, effective competencies were identified and then based on the opinion of experts and using the BWM method, the identified competencies were prioritized.Findings: The results showed that among the four main dimensions and 13 competencies identified, the coaching and monitoring dimension with a weight of 0.380 and the performance coaching competency with a weight of 0.068 were identified as the most effective dimensions and criteria.Originality/Value: Developing the key competencies of managers in performance evaluation in general and paying attention to the competency of coaching and monitoring can have a significant impact on managers and organizations today in the effective implementation of employee performance management.
