Purpose: Today, supply chain management has become one of the main tools to control costs and improve the economic performance of the organization. In this study, we present a method to evaluate the key success factors of sustainable supply chain management using interpretive structural modeling.Methodology: The current research has been implemented in Golnor company in Isfahan. For this purpose, first by examining the research background, the main success factors of sustainable supply chain management are extracted. The final list of key success factors for sustainable supply chain management in Glenor company has been assessed in the form of a questionnaire. Then, by distributing two questionnaires among the experts to perform structural-interpretive modeling, the effective and influential factors in each of the extracted lists are identified and after analyzing and categorizing the information extracted from the questionnaires distributed in Golnor company, the situation the organization has determined by a pre-designed regional classification model that the score obtained for the sustainable supply chain is 3.0637.Findings: Then the results of the questionnaire related to identifying the key factors of sustainable supply chain, which includes 17 key success factors identified for sustainable supply chain is the influential factors identified based on the result of structural-interpretive modeling and the score obtained from the organizational questionnaire, and as a result, the availability of information is one of the main success factors of supply chain management as critical factors with the highest priority for improving sustainable supply chain management systems, that the organization can with capital putting these factors at a lower cost will further improve your management systems.Originality/Value: The method used to analyze the main success factors of interpretive structural modeling and to categorize the factors of the analytical technique was MICMAC.

Purpose: Due to climate diversity, Iran is able to produce all kinds of edible mushrooms, which, due to the need for low initial investment, the possibility of cultivation in all seasons and medicinal value, are of great importance. However, growing mushrooms produces waste that is problematic for humans and the environment as well. The purpose of the current research is to evaluate the cross efficiency of oyster and button mushroom cultivation units using data envelopment analysis and considering the undesirable residual output. Thus, it provides the ability to analyze efficiency according to the amount of waste.Methodology: The current research is functional in purpose and the cross efficiency method with the assumption of variable return to scale has been used to evaluate the efficiency of edible mushroom cultivation halls in Iran, considering compost waste as an undesirable output. This research is analyzed by GAMS software and the input and output data is extracted from the Iran Statistics Center in 2020.Findings: The results of the analysis of the research show that seven units have an efficiency of one among mushroom cultivation units in the provinces of the country and the reduction of undesirable output increases the number of efficient units according to the number of variables considered.Originality/Value: This research is a more comprehensive analysis in continuation of research and expanding its scope. In the previous studies, there was no adverse outcome in the discussion of mushroom cultivation, and in this study, the waste amount was considered for this purpose.

Purpose: Considering the crucial and fundamental role of hospitals in maintaining the health of society and the gradual and effective improvement of patients, the performance of hospital nurses has been evaluated.Methodology: The hospital nurses were examined using data envelopment analysis. To establish the empirical principle, the number of units greater than or equal to three times the sum of inputs and outputs, an index of input, and an index of output is combined and considered as an output, and their efficiency is calculated and ranked based on DEAHP.Findings: The results show that Unit 12 was the most efficient and used its resources well.Originality/Value: The investigations are related to private hospitals in Tehran.

Purpose: This paper aimed to evaluate the performance of vaccination in Asian countries for managing Covid-19 isease in two areas: control of disease transmission and prevention of deaths (control of death rate) using a two-step Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA).Methodology: In the first phase, efficiency values are calculated based on the country's population and the number of people who have been fully vaccinated to provide a basis for analysis concerning transmission control (contagion rate). In the second phase of performance evaluation, considering the total number of confirmed infection cases, preventing deaths of people suffering from this disease has been done to evaluate the effectiveness of vaccination in Asian countries.Findings: The countries are classified into four categories using area charts, and for each category, some suggestions and analyses are presented. The results of this study indicate the vaccination performance in the field of contagion control and death prevention. Once the efficiency situation is determined, the policies and executive actions of efficient countries can be appropriate models for other countries to move towards proper efficiency and improve the situation of the pandemic.Originality/Value: The approach presented in this paper is to provide insight to measure the effectiveness of vaccination in future pandemic crises.

Purpose: In today's world, companies must focus most of their activities and capabilities on customer satisfaction; Because customers are the only source of return on investment. If a company wants to have customer satisfaction, it must be able to measure it. Customer satisfaction provides a fundamental perspective on customer issues and improves organizational performance. In this study, the level of satisfaction of the stakeholders of the South Khorasan Gas Company has been examined.Methodology: The research method is descriptive in which the tool used is a questionnaire. Questionnaires were sent to various groups of stakeholders, including gas community representatives, clients, managers, facility neighbors, contractors and suppliers of the South Khorasan Gas Company. After collecting the responses of the stakeholders, the current state of satisfaction of the stakeholders of South Khorasan Gas Company has been investigated with statistical analysis of the results according to the customer satisfaction models. In the end, relevant suggestions are presented to increase the satisfaction of the beneficiaries.Findings: The results showed that satisfaction in the field of clients 94%, neighbors of facilities 89%, managers of National Gas Company 70%, suppliers 89%, executive contractors 80%, service contractors 85% and community representatives 84%.Originality/Value: Measuring customer satisfaction provides an effective tool for controlling the overall performance of organizations and helps the organization to identify its weaknesses and try to eliminate them, and the ability to identify economic advantages according to specific time conditions.

Purpose: The industrialization of societies and growing demand for goods have brought many social and environmental disasters. That the approach to new energies and sustainable and green supply chains has faced the luck of researchers and industrial managers. The purpose of this research is to extract, model, and rank the factors affecting the sustainable supply chain and other new energies in Chahar Mahal and Bakhtiari province.Methodology: Using the Delphi technique, we screen the criteria extracted from the literature. So, by using structural equations, we examine the relationships between variables and the assessment and validation of the model, and finally, using the Analysis Hierarchy Technique (AHP), the research factors are ranked.Findings: The factors affecting the green supply chain were under two criteria and eight sub-criteria, and environmental education was given the first priority. The factors affecting the sustainable supply chain were identified and designed with five key criteria and eleven sub-criteria, among these, internal organizational factors have been given the most importance.Originality/Value: Finally, the use of environmental technologies, and the correct management of the green and sustainable supply chains in order to use new energies, together with the training of employees, leads to a reduction of crimes and the use of resources, and consequently, a reduction of energy consumption and environmental pollution.
