Purpose: in this paper discusse about the effect of three factors of project management and construction management and risk management on the time, cost and implementation process of projects in general and on a case-by-case basis with regard to building mass construction projects.Methodology: at the beginning and in the first part of the construction projects, construction, dam construction, tunnel construction, road construction, mass construction of buildings, high-rise construction were considered as options and based on 10 common criteria extracted for management. Project and construction management and risk management were ranked using the AHP method. Findings: According to the results, dam-tunnel-road construction projects were ranked first to third, respectively. for the three options related to construction projects, respectively, mass-building projects - high-rise construction, and finally, ordinary buildings are in the first to third ranks in the group of construction projects. Accordingly, mass building projects had the highest weight and was more important among construction projects. for conducting a case study, building mass construction projects of high, medium and low importance were considered as options and ranked according to the same criteria. The results showed that low-importance mass production projects were in the first place, followed by high and medium importance projects in the second and third ranks, respectivelyOriginality/Value: in the discussion of mass construction in the country, the best way is to build a building at a medium level.

Purpose: One of the best approaches to creative management is the Amabel creativity model, which has weaknesses that prompted researchers to use a standard questionnaire to assess the atmosphere of Amabel's organizational creativity and measure organizational creativity to provide a new model for developing the Amabel organizational creativity model.Methodology: The research is descriptive and structural equation modeling. Its statistical population was completed by 392 people in all companies under the industry and 78 questionnaires. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling using SPSS and Smart PLS software were used to design the model. Descriptive methods, as well as the weighted mean and Friedman test, were used to analyze the data obtained from the creativity test.Findings: The findings are presented in four topics. The first three topics are related to the development of the organizational creativity model of Amabile. The fourth chapter assesses organizational creativity at the level of the industry under study, which evaluates the results of organizational creativity at a medium to near level.Originality/Value: Among the six factors of organizational creativity, the status of the two factors of unit productivity and single/working group support was evaluated better and higher than the other factors and the status of the two factors of creativity and organizational support was slightly weaker than other factors.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between talent management and employee productivity in Isfahan governorate.Methodology: The research method was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of data collection. The statistical population of the present study consisted of all employees and managers working in Isfahan governorate in the number of 416. 370 people were selected as a sample through Cochran's sampling formula through simple random sampling method. Goldsmith (1980) and Armstrong talent management questionnaire (2006) that the validity of the questionnaires were examined based on content, face and structural validity and after the necessary terms the validity was confirmed and on the other hand the validity of the questionnaires by alpha method. Cronbach was estimated to be 0.91 for manpower productivity and 0.86 for talent management, and the data were analyzed at both descriptive and inferential levels including pearson correlation coefficient and multivariate regression.Findings: The results showed that talent management has a significant positive relationship with human resource productivity among Isfahan provincial staff (p <0.05) and also showed that the dimensions of talent absorption, retention of talents and talent development with human resource productivity among Isfahan Governor's staff has a significant positive relationship (p <0.05) and the dimensions of talent retention and talent development can predict the productivity of human resources among Isfahan Governor's staff.Originality/Value: The results of this study provide completely accurate, correct and clear information about the relationship between talent management and employee productivity. These results can be a roadmap for Isfahan provincial managers to strengthen and improve staff productivity through talent management.

Purpose: The current study examines the human abilities of managers in the organization and performance in a joint-stock insurance company.Methodology: This article was carried out in a descriptive-correlational way and a field form. The statistical population of the research is 68 people, of which 57 people from Morgan's table were selected as a sample. To collect data, three questionnaires, organizations, functions, and human skills are used, the reliability of which is determined using Cronbach's alpha for each of them respectively (α = 0.77, 0.98, and 0.81) and to check the normality of the research Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used.Findings: Referring to descriptive and inferential statistics, regression analysis, correlation test, ANOVA, and using SPSS software, it can be concluded that human abilities have factors affecting emotional (P=0.046) but not continuous (P=0.726), and human skills have an effect. It does not affect performance (P=0.9633), and the organization affects employee performance (P=0.000).Originality/Value: The human skills of managers have been investigated and analyzed on organizational and performance in Iran Insurance Joint Stock Company, the branch of Hamadan province.

Purpose: The housing market in Iran is important in two ways. First from the macroeconomic dimension; because the construction industry is one of the infrastructure industries in the country, the rotation of its wheels causes the prosperity of several upstream and downstream industries, and consequently, the economic prosperity of the country. Another importance of this industry is in terms of housing; because the cost of housing is currently the most important part of the cost of most Iranian households. Performance appraisal has been a topic that has always been considered since the introduction of classical management theories.Methodology: The study evaluates the developments of the housing market in Tehran in the first five months of 1400. For this purpose, the efficiency of the twenty-two districts of Tehran was determined by output-oriented CCR rating models through Gomez software and were ranked by Anderson and Petersen models. Despite the public demand for information about the quality of this market, in this study, an attempt has been made to measure reliable analysis using data envelopment analysis method.Findings: The results can be effective in decision-making in order to provide more and better services and citizen satisfaction.Originality/Value: One of the most important of these is the advanced data envelopment analysis technique. Given that one of the most practical techniques in performance appraisal is data envelopment analysis technique. In this research, using this powerful mathematical technique, the volume of housing transactions in the twenty-two districts of Tehran has been calculated.

Propose: Operation Research (OR) has attracted the interest of many researchers. As human activity increases, the use of computers in implementing accurate and fast optimization algorithms seems inevitable. Usability and reliability are two important attributes for software quality and can play an important role in improving user experience.Methodology: In this paper, usability is presented as the user's effort in performing a task in the software application and reliability is presented as the ability to run a program in a given environment in a given period of time without errors. These two criteria are measured using a standard questionnaire. Five common software programs OR are evaluated. A random sample was used to select 20 questionnaires and determine the usability and reliability scores. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) models without inputs were used to evaluate the five selected programs.Findings: The results indicate that the software GAMS was assigned the first role in the evaluation of five common OR softwares.Originality/Value: Software evaluation can play an important role in any field from business and industry to entertainment and entertainment.
