چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر ازلحاظ موضوعی به بررسی احصاء عوامل مؤثر در آمادگی استراتژیک برای مدیریت بحران و همچنین تأثیر آن بر بهره‌وری می‌پردازد و نقش چابکی سازمانی و بهداشت روانی کارکنان موردبررسی قرار می‌گیرد.
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: ازنظر هدف کاربردی و ازنظر نحوه گردآوری اطلاعات توصیفی از نوع همبستگی می‌باشد. در این راستا چهار مؤلفه تحت عنوان متغیرهای پژوهش آمادگی استراتژیک، چابکی سازمانی، بهداشت روانی کارکنان و بهره‌وری در قالب شش فرضیه موردبررسی قرار گرفتند. این پژوهش این ادعا را مورد آزمون قرار داده است که افزایش چابکی سازمانی و بهداشت روانی کارکنان باعث افزایش آمادگی استراتژیک در بحران‌ها می‌شود و همچنین به بررسی رابطه بین بهداشت روانی کارکنان و چابکی سازمان با بهره‌وری می‌پردازد.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها ابتدا بر  تائید صحت  فرضیه‌های بیان‌شده صحه گذاشته و نشان می‌دهد د بین چابکی سازمان با آمادگی استراتژیک برای مدیریت بحران رابطه معناداری وجود دارد، همچنین بهداشت روانی و آمادگی استراتژیک برای مدیریت بحران رابطه مثبت وجود دارد و درنهایت بین بهداشت روانی کارکنان و چابکی سازمان رابطه معناداری بیان گردید.
اصالت/ارزش افزوده علمی: در این تحقیق سعی شده با شناسایی چالش‌های موجود در دانشگاه‌های آزاد استان مازندران تأثیر بهداشت روانی کارکنان بر چابکی سازمان و تأثیر هردوی آن‌ها در آمادگی استراتژیک سازمان‌ها در مقابله با بحران‌ها موردبررسی و تحلیل قرار گیرد.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: The present study thematically examines the factors affecting strategic preparedness for crisis management as well as its impact on productivity and the role of organizational agility and mental health of employees.
Methodology: In terms of practical purpose and in terms of how to collect descriptive information is correlational. In this regard, four components under the heading of research variables of strategic readiness, organizational agility, mental health of employees and productivity were examined in the form of six hypotheses. This study tested the claim that increasing organizational agility and mental health of employee's increases It deals with strategic preparedness in crises and also examines the relationship between employee mental health and organizational agility with productivity.
Findings: The findings first confirm the validity of the hypotheses and show that there is a significant relationship between organizational agility and strategic readiness for crisis management, also mental health and strategic readiness for crisis management and finally between mental health. The employees and the agility of the organization showed a significant relationship.
Originality/Value: In this study, by identifying the challenges in the Azad universities of Mazandaran province, the effect of employees' mental health on organizational agility and the impact of both of them on the strategic readiness of organizations in the face of crises is examined and analyzed.
