چکیده

هدف: هدف از این پژوهش تعیین میزان تاثیر استراتژی‌های منابع‌انسانی بر بهره‌وری نیروی انسانی با اثر تعدیل‌گری رهبری استراتژیک در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد شهرکرد بود.
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: روش پژوهش از‌نظر هدف کاربردی و از‌نظر گردآوری داده‌ها توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را کلیه کارکنان و مدیران شاغل در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد شهرکرد به تعداد 300 نفر تشکیل دادند که از طریق فرمول کوکران تعداد 168 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه از طریق روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسش‌نامه رهبری استراتژیک سرات و همکاران [1]، پرسش‌نامه استراتژی‌های منابع‌انسانی [2] و پرسش‌نامه بهره‌وری نیروی انسانی [3] بود که روایی پرسش‌نامه‌ها بر‌اساس روایی محتوایی با استفاده از‌نظر صاحب‌نظران، صوری بر‌مبنای دیدگاه تعدادی از جامعه آماری و سازه با روش تحلیل عاملی مورد‌بررسی مورد‌تایید قرار گرفتند و از سوی دیگر، پایایی پرسش‌نامه‌ها با روش آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 0.90، 0.91 و 0.92 برآورد شد و تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌ها باروش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری انجام گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که استراتژی‌های منابع‌انسانی دارای ضریب تاثیر0.72 بر بهره‌وری نیروی انسانی بود و با‌توجه به مقدار معنی‌داری کم‌تر از 0.05 این تاثیر معنادار است. از سوی دیگر، مقدار اثر تعدیلی رهبری استراتژیک 0.55 بوده و با‌توجه به مقدار معناداری کم‌تر از 0.50 است، این اثر تعدیلی معنا‌دار می‌باشد.
اصالت/ارزش‌افزوده علمی: پژوهش حاضر در راستای همین موضوع به بررسی تاثیر استراتژی‌های منابع‌انسانی بر بهره‌وری نیروی انسانی با اثر تعدیل‌گری رهبری استراتژیک در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد شهرکرد می‌پردازد.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of HR strategies on human resource productivity with the effect of moderating strategic leadership in Islamic Azad University of Shahrekord.
Methodology: The research method was descriptive and correlational in terms of purpose and data collection. The statistical population of this study consisted of 300 employees and managers of Islamic Azad University of Shahrekord. 168 individuals were selected through Cochran formula through simple random sampling. The research tool was the standard strategic leadership questionnaire of Serat et al. [1]. The standard questionnaire of human resources strategies of [2] and [3] standard questionnaire of human resource productivity were validity of questionnaires based on content validity using the viewpoints of experts, formal based on the view of a number of communities. Statistical analysis was performed using factor analysis the validity of the questionnaires was confirmed after the necessary terms. On the other hand, the reliability of the questionnaires was estimated by Cronbach's alpha as 0.90, 0.91 and 0.92, respectively. Data analysis was performed at two levels including descriptive and inferential. Pearson correlation coefficient, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used.
Findings: The results showed that HR strategies have an impact factor of 0.72 on personnel productivity and this effect is significant less than 0.05. On the other hand, the amount of adjustment effect of strategic leadership is 0.55 and it is less than 0.05, meaning that this adjustment effect is significant.
Originality/Value: In this regard, the present study investigates the effect of human resource strategies on human resource productivity with the effect of adjusting strategic leadership in Islamic Azad University, Shahrekord Branch.
